Autentisk Hästkommunikation; att kommunicera autentiskt inifrån och ut med dig själv, med din häst, med din omgivning.
Mitt livskall är att inspirera andra att bli en större version av sig själva. Jag vill lyfta varje elev och varje häst till ökat självförtroende, stabil självkänsla och fördjupad tillit både till sig själva och varandra.
Vi jobbar holistiskt med självbärighet själsligt, emotionellt, mentalt och fysiskt, för både häst och ryttare. För att nå och bibehålla hållbarhet behöver häst och ryttare ha ambitionen att vara bärande i sig själva på dessa punkter. Det handlar inte om att vi har krav på oss att vara perfekta gentemot hästen, eller att hästen måste vara perfekt gentemot oss. Tvärtom behöver vi släppa prestationsångesten och hitta flödet, kreativiteten, leken, lusten. Vi behöver skapa en plattform i träningen byggd på kommunikation, tillåtelse och samarbete och helt slopa förlegade koncept som makt, bestraffning och lydnad.

Jag håller onlinekurser som du går helt platsoberoende varsomhelst i världen, jag är bokningsbar för helgkurser rikstäckande samt lokala träningar i Skaraborg med utgångspunkt Skövde.
